NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Annual General Meeting 2026 is scheduled on Wednesday 10th June 2026 at 6pm-9.30pm following the adjournment of the last notice call for the meeting. The meeting will be Virtual and a Registration Zoom link will be provided for attendance to the membership. AGENDA (a)Apologies (b) Confirmation of minutes of the previous Annual General meeting. (c) The President’s report. (d) Consideration of accounts – treasurer’s report and Auditors’ report. (e) Consideration of the Budget for the succeeding year. (f) Appointment of Annual Financial auditors. (g) Such other matters as the council may decide or as to which notice shall have been given in writing by a member or members to the secretary at least Twenty One(21) days before the date of the meeting. i. Vice President Vacancy ii. Constitutional amendments as proposed by the NGC and Members. (h) Any other business with the approval of the President.
