Objectives
1. Provide participants with up-to-date knowledge on current evidence, guidelines, innovations, and best practices in cardiovascular medicine across key subspecialties, including Adult Interventional Cardiology, Heart Failure, Rhythm Disorders, Cardiac Surgery, Adult Congenital Heart Disease (ACHD), Paediatric Cardiology, Women's Cardiovascular Health, Pulmonary Hypertension, and Preventive Cardiology.
2. Strengthen participants' clinical knowledge and practical skills in the prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and long-term management of cardiovascular diseases through expert-led presentations, case discussions, and interactive learning.
3. Promote multidisciplinary collaboration and knowledge exchange among cardiologists, physicians, surgeons, nurses, researchers, trainees, and allied healthcare professionals to improve the delivery of cardiovascular care.
4. Showcase emerging research, innovations, and scientific evidence through abstract presentations and expert sessions, fostering a culture of research, innovation, and evidence-based practice.
5. Encourage the translation of scientific evidence into clinical practice to improve patient outcomes, strengthen cardiovascular health systems, and advance cardiovascular care in Kenya and the wider region.
